摘 要：
Survival data is often analyzed to investigate how covariates for individual information affect the occurrence of some events, and is prevalent in diverse fields such as medicine, economics and sociology. Nowadays, a great deal of statistical methods in survival analysis has been successfully applied in our daily life. Despite the popularity, many of these algorithms require sufficient data to perform efficiently, which sometimes can be challenging for many studies with limited resources in terms of funding and adequate sample size. Therefore, there has been a growing interest in incorporating auxiliary summary information from external studies into the analysis of internal individual-level data. In this report, I will provide a preliminary introduction to survival analysis, including popular modeling methods and several practical applications, among many others. Then, I will review the theoretical basics of the topic about data integration, and summarize my research interest and recent works in this field.
报告人简介：
王晓光，大连理工大学数学科学学院副教授，博士生导师。本硕博毕业于吉林大学数学学院，主要从事大数据统计分析、生存分析和半参数模型统计推断等方面的研究工作，指导研究生方向为数理统计和应用统计，已在Biometrics, Statistics in Medicine等统计主流期刊上发表研究论文40余篇，出版2部教材。中国现场统计学会第十、十一届理事，中国数学会概率统计学会第十一届理事。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目。担任大连理工大学数学科学学院金融与统计研究所党支部书记、副所长。
